2. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to explore our platform and evaluate whether it meets their requirements. During the trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan without any charges. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring any fees.

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. We recommend setting a reminder to review your subscription before the trial expires if you are unsure about continuing.

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Navigate to the subscription management section, select the cancellation option, and follow the prompts to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. 3.3 No Partial Refunds

6. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. The same refund policies apply to annual subscriptions, with the following considerations:

Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be made within 30 days of the initial charge.

If a refund is approved, we will refund the full annual fee minus any months of service already provided, calculated at the monthly subscription rate.

Annual subscriptions that auto-renew are subject to the same cancellation policies as monthly subscriptions.

7. Downgrades and Plan Changes

7.1 Downgrading Your Plan

You may downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the difference between your current plan and the lower-tier plan for the current billing period.

7.2 Upgrading Your Plan

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and subsequent charges will reflect the new plan rate.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider or bank instead of contacting us directly, we may suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute. Chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of access to your data.

9. Enterprise and Custom Plans

10. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing are subject to specific terms and conditions. Refunds for subscriptions purchased at promotional rates will be calculated based on the discounted price paid, not the regular subscription price.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with refund requests. If you received a discount or promotional credit, any refund will be adjusted accordingly.

11. Data Export Before Cancellation

Before canceling your subscription, we recommend exporting any data you wish to retain. We provide data export tools in your account settings. Once your subscription ends and any applicable retention period expires, your data may be permanently deleted according to our data retention policies.

12. Reactivation After Cancellation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time after cancellation. Reactivation will be treated as a new subscription, and you will be charged the current subscription rate. Previous promotional pricing may not be available upon reactivation.

13. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. In some jurisdictions, you may have additional rights, including mandatory cooling-off periods or guaranteed refund rights.
